If you don't want GSC mod menu then you'll have to use a sprx menu.

And if you dont want rtm then idk what to tell you xD

yeah only option is sprx or gsc with an injector sprx they posted here or a modded eboot

I myself prefer mod menus over RTM/RTE/RPC, rather do it with my controller then steadily having to use the computer
