It is physically impossible to have a mod menu on black ops 2 without a jailbreak. Anything you see saying otherwise is fake and total bs.

sadly?? if it were possible black ops 2 would be as bad as world at war (amount of usb modders wise)

This is a rumor not 100% legit yet but I got some information on CFG returning to MW3. I highly doubt this will ever happen but if it does this whole COD series must on there security systems.

Lol yeah that would definitely kill cod off. Plus is there even a code in mw3 that is written using cfg?

i don't think there will ever be cfg for MW3 if it happens it will kill PS3 COD and i will be certain of selling all my Sony PS3s
