No, you need a jailbreak to get it. Unless, you want it offline to play by yourself, it might be able to work. You'd have to research it.

All mod menu's for BO2 are on CFW.

For modern warfare 3 you can get custom invisible/god classes that someone will do

For modern warfare 2 there's a mod menu without JB, idk exactly how but it's possible.

Only campaign mod, everything else is custom firmware require; sorry bro. I wished the same thing.
Getting a jb ps3 around this time, isn't so bad (since psn is more focused on ps4)

I've tried that, it doesn't work.
You need to be able to open up the games files, you cannot inject anything to OFW ps3 either.
