Try cleaning your disk and the port it goes in.

If you get a black screen, how are you supposed to acces the XMB menu, it might be the HDMI cable?

its not the hdmi because i just changed it to a gold one

delete the game and re-install it should work happened to me so i deleted it and re-installed it and it works fine now

It's an EBOOT problem. Try delete all the game cache/ updates and then reinstall them all starting from like the beginning. Example - 1.01 to whatever the current one is (1.19) and then try to load it up.
