No CFG menus don't exist on BO2, and I think they will never exist. The only mods you can do is campaign but do all the complaining on the Red-EyeX32 Save Editor thread it doesn't work properly. You guys need to learn how to use it, it opens great for me. I have no use for it, to open it download winrar, download the save editor extract it, and keep all the components in the folder with the tool. And it should open. That's all I have, buy a jailbreak if you want to mod, your running out of time, no one knows when Sony will shut bo2 servers and other servers down. So if you want to mod make your decision.

You need a jailbreak to mod black ops 2 multiplayer. End of. No if or buts about it.
