I am new to modding and all of this but I do have a jailbroken PS3 running on Rebug 4.70 CEX and Im not that noobish but I would like to know what is the best mod menu for BO2 that offers everything. And if someone could maybe give me some info about what is GSC and Tools etc

in my opinion mod menus aren't so great online since they tend to crash or freeze for me but in private match they work quite well for friends i recommend using an rtm tool. message me if you want me info and i can help you with the GSC menus!
