1) are you actually using the same IP as your ps3
2) Are you on bo2 when trying to connect ?
3)Use the latest version of GSC Studio, you must also have the latest ccapi
4)Even numbers are the best xD

To use GSC Studio you do need to have a jailbroken PS3. If you do in fact have one are you trying to connect with CCAPI or TMAPI?

Make sure you have the right IP address for your PS3 on CCAPI or TMAPI. If you don't have CCAPI or TMAPI then you cannot connect.
