First of all It's not an eboot problem, This error is caused by incompatibility of the game's minimum required Firmware version vs your ps3 firmware.
Example: Say the minimum requirement of BO2 is set to 4.70 and your ps3 is on 4.66 well simply you can't play until you hit at least 4.70 or above.
Don't worry tho there is a bypass/Fix for this. You simply need to patch the game.
Option 1
Simply Update the game to 1.19
Why? Because The torrent was most likely uploaded a while ago, Meaning the game version is lower than 1.19
Step 1. Load BO2 To XMB Menu Using Multiman/Webman (Or Anything Else You use)
Step 2. Hover over the game Click 'Triangle' On your controller
Step 3. Scroll down to 'Update'
Step 4. Follow Given Direction on the Screen
Step 5. Wait till Everything's done installing.
Step 6. PSNinja To Clear History stuff.
Step 7. (optional) Softboot the ps3
Step 8. Launch the game, It should work. Make sure you replace the eboot first with an anti-ban
Step 9. Enjoy
Option 2
Requirement: PSNPatcher would be preferred choice for many.
Step 1. Launch PSNPatcher
Step 2. Click L2 Once Its Loaded.
Step 3. Choose where the game (BO2) is located. HDD Or USB (Select using D-Pad)
Step 4. Click Start Button On Your Controller as the Screen says.
Step 5. Enjoy Now Your Game is patched to 4.46 Launch it and you should be able to play.
