There's not really many xbox 360 black ops 2 mods on here. I suggest you browse the black ops 2 section I'm sure you'll be able to find something though.

A CFW or JTAG/RGH is required to spoof you league play ranks Smile

Pretty sure you can only spoof league play rank as of now, you can't make it stick permanently. But you do need a Custom Firmware in order to spoof it.
