I used to make mod menus for COD WAW long time ago. I do understand some coding languages so I am nota total newbie.

I just want a FAQ thread or someone to answer me some questions!

1. Can you mod BO2 Multiplayer without JB?
2. I have the latest version of the PS OS so i am not sure if i am able to JB it!
3. If I JB my PS3 can I still play MP?
4. Is there any tutorial on how to mod BO2?
5. I have a 16GB memory card is it enough?
6. What can you do without JB?
7. What can you do WITH JB?
8. What is DVAR?
9. What is JTAG?
10. What is TU18?
11. What is GSC
12. I have a mac, is it okay?

1. you cannot mod Black Ops 2 without CFW PS3.
2. You need a E3 flasher to downgrade to 3.55. You have to be on 3.55 to install CFW
3. Yes you can play Multiplayer it is normal like a ofw.
4. If you look on youtube im sure you will find some tutorials and stuff. There are also some on NextgenUpdate.
5. 16GB will be fine but you will not be able to install a lot of games and packages and stuff like that.
6. Without a jailbroken ps3 you have to play games normally and stuff.
7. With a jailbroken ps3 you can torrent games to your HDD on the console, Edit games coding to mod and a lot of other really cool feature.
8. DVAR is something to do with the games coding.
9. JTAG is basically a CFW for XBOX 360.
10. TU18 is the type of tools that JTAG Xbox 360 consoles use.
11. GSC is game script coding. Just basically menus and stuff. Just a language to code menus in.
12. Yes your mac on your console will be okay sometimes when you mod you can get banned then you are required to change it.

1. No, most of Black Ops 2 Modding requires a modified console.
2. E3 Flasher is needed to downgrade, ( if your console is compatible with the E3) Once downgraded, you can install CFW.
3. Yes, once you spoof to the latest update you'll be able to connect to PSN and play online.
4. There's a shit ton. Modding wise, check You must login or register to view this content..
5. It won't last for modding in my opinion. I'd buy a separate HDD just in case.

7. Modify games, torrent games, use pkg files, and delve into developer features of the console.
8. DVARs are part of the game code which can be manipulated into tools and menu's.
9. a JTAG is basically the Xbox's Jailbreak.
10. TU18 is an Xbox Modding Term that represents the version/type of program you're using.
11. GSC is direct script from the game, it's used to create Mod Menu's and other things that can be done via script.
12. Macs are ok, but they aren't allowed access to certain programs that Windows can use. This is being improved as time permits though.

No, You can only get CFG in games from MW2 and lower.
