I tried downloading Solar's mod, followed his steps, nothing happened. I found out a little bit that you must use a GSC studio editor. As i tried downloading that, my antivirus said that it detected a trojan. Because I'm mindless, can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to put mods on a xbox using a usb and knowing that it works?

You need a JTAG.

There is absolutely no way to mod black ops 2 or even any other cod higher than mw2 without jailbreak or jtag / RGH. The videos on YouTube that shows menus and says USB is fake, people do it to get views.
