There are no rtm tools with trophies if i am correct. There was one in like update 1.16 but i have never seen one for the latest update. You will have to use a menu for the trophies.

There are no tools released with bug xp what actually works, like you said it will only change the stats and what not. There could be a GSC menu with a working one, but i am not 100% sure.
