I've encountered a problem with black ops 2 bles 01720 which is that i can't get online due the infinite loop of loading.
I Tried
- Eboot's
- Reinstalling
- New Torrent
- Game Duplication

You need to sign in through the XMB. It is the only way to fix this.

Exactly what Kilam said, sign in through XMB, then load up the game, when you get to the multiplayer main menu, what atleast 10 seconds before clicking "Play Online".
