This are Clean Eboots, they should work; I've used them recently.
Next time just google BO2 CLEAN ANTIBAN EBOOT.

A DEX Eboot allows you to connect through TMAPI, these are CEX & DEX, they will STILL work on a DEX console. You just connect through CCAPI, select your region & download that Eboot.

Thank you! So I would install this the original way, right? Going into MultiMan > File Manager > PS3 Root > dev_hdd0 > game > BLUS or BLES > USRDIR > Delete the old EBOOT.BIN and replace it with the new one. So I would install it the same way, correct?
