Have you ever played Black Ops 1?
If you go to the community files (COD TV on black ops 2) and save a film or custom game, the saves are modded by someone else and they stick to your profile.
So its like free God Mode or Invisible

Thats not "possible" on BO2.
You have to be Host of the Lobby to be able to have those things,
Games below BO2, you were able to give clients (Non-hosts) these mods.
Don't know if in the later future will be possible, or if thats how the multiplayer is set up to be.
But for mods to work, you must be Host.
There are Non-Host mods, but that are for Jailbroken Users. Also, for Host Mods, you need to be Jailbroken.
