If there is, is there an offset for regular knife as well? This way, I can switch between knife and galvaknuckles.*

Thats from 1.17 or 1.18 but the offsets havent changed and bytes never change.

Yes there is a skip between some of the bytes, try that

no, I couldn't find it

Best way to get it is debug the game and cycle through the bytes til you find it.
