I have used many eboots (all should have worked), I made my own eboot, but I still get banned. I have deleted the patch and reinstalled, I also deleted the game off my HDD and reinstalled that. Is an IP ban for a single game a thing, because everything else is fine (my OFW PS3 is fine).

I get banned without opening any rtm or tool, log into a level 1 new account and banned almost instantly.

Any help or information would be helpful.

Are you installing the EBOOT.BIN correctly on your HDD0? Do you load your game offline first before signing in?

Yes, at this point I have watched and followed atleast 10 different tutorials, I never had this issue before. I used the same account for months and never got banned, just started happening recently.

I am also having this issue. Any idea what the deal is? Never had that problem with GTA v. I was on for maybe a min while I was trying to figure out how to get the menu to open, then it booted me offline and I got a nice message saying I was permanently banned from bo2. Ugh
