Sorry to break it to you but no one is just gonna hand you a source just cause you say your not gonna release it. There plenty of leeches in the COD modding community claiming things they never developed by slapping there name on it. Now you can probably find a base to help you but no one is gonna hand you a source. Best way is find a base to work off from or pay someone to develop a pre-game menu to your preference.

I realize that now I don't see why people can't just be honest about things but I made my own and what I wanted to do I couldn't figure out or it's not possible to do but either way I got a menu that I have no need for lol but thanks for the reply
