Thats in the campaign mode aka Tranzit, so maybe points carry over between areas, and every area the zombies speeds reset for x amount of time!

Tranzit is the Campaign mode that they showed in the Zombies Reveal Trailer!
Classic/Survival is the usual Round basied Zombies we are used to!
Grief is the 4v4vZ mode that was talked about!
