OHHHHH! Ok, I found some parts last night and I was so confused.

Does the locations of the parts change sometimes there not in same place?

Yes the locations change every game. The key to this vid is knowing when you have the right parts and where to build them. Also the ladder part for inside the bus can be used in the diner to give you access to the roof where the galvanknuckles are hidden. They give you one hit knife kills until level 14 I think.
