there is a video link above to youtube from me it is a HD Voice Tutorial on how to fix this keep in mind this dont work for everyone i have noticed but it is what works for me.

Give it a go and it should work.

If you do not want to watch the video here is what you need to do.

1. Go on solo zombies pick a map let it creating lobby...
2. while it is doing that press the middle button on your controller and sign out
3. sign back in and go onto solo zombies pick your map
it may take up to a minute for it to create the lobby solo will continue to work untill you go to multiplayer or campaign
