Where is the part to open the vent please

There are four areas that it may be in.
1. Right outside the first electric door in Bus Depot
2. In the shed beside the truck in Diner
3. In the shed that is in between the barn and the farmhouse in Farm
4. Where the road is lifted up so that you can't get over it in Town (Across from where the Mystery Box can spawn)
