I did this myself once lol. I was playing with one of my friends and his neighbor and we built the turret and placed it in the barn so we could chill there because we were eating and shit. But we were a bit in front of it and it started to shoot zombies and it downed us both... if only my friend CP was there and not in the power room he could have revived us both :cry:

lol yea it sucked for us too! We had a max ammo drop and one guy ran to go get it and went down, the other guy ran to revive him and went down then I got downed, it was a WTF chain reaction type ordeal lol

Does the turret have unlimited ammo? Does the turret degrade or stop shooting if zombies don't attack it?
I was thinking of sitting in a glitch while the turret sits behind me killing the zombies when I run out of ammo. Because even with a buddy in the glitch running to get max ammo he eventually runs out of ammo when max ammo doesn't come in time so the turret would really help if there isn't ammo or if it doesn't degrade.

The table to build the turret and all the parts to build it are at the farm. The three parts are a lawnmower, a submachine gun, and a bag of ammo.
The lawn mower can be found in the barn, on the side of the house, or by the repairable window outside of the house by the chicken coop.
The bag of ammo is always inside the house.
The submachine gun can be inside the house or the barn.
For the turret to work you need a source of power (a turbine running next to it), it is quite strong though.
