Your glitch is the same exact thing I saw for the other side except you don't have to stand on the shield... in fact yours, you don't have to (unless you have it misplaced), because I got it to work the same as the other side (standing in the corner a foot and a half away from the shield and they still run into the wall).
What I find curious is that the placement for the shield is in the identical spot just mirrored along that corridor... I wonder if this works for other triangular corners??? I think it is just based on the fact that part of the shield is not suppose to be able to sit there.
Well definitely better than having to concentrate on getting to the roof on the dinner. Made it to round 30 on this glitch killed myself playing hot potato off of a zombies head with a grenade lol.
