The picture is the tower of babble from bible story in the picture you can see the tower leads up to the light above the picture .I think this has to do with the message in morse code at the tower " to the light". You can also see people in groups on the picture .Like the story in the bible God made everybody speak different languages to they couldn't communicate to build the rest of the tower and scattered them across the world.Its the only picture that has a light above it in the bar .Like treyarch said everything found in zombies is there for a reason. Also I think on the ceiling at the laund O mat there is a arrow pointing to the bar
