Mate got shotguns at 32. Its all about surviving high rounds with 0 downs and a good KDR.

I got to 34 with 1200 kills and 6 downs. I only have the knife with 4 tallies. And I don't have the blue eyes.

Since Treyarch haven't released any solid evidence about the ranking system, we can only make guesses and test them.
For the ranking system, there are many different factors that affect it. K/D ratio plays a significant part in our ranking as I'll explain.

To start of you get one bone>After you play one game you'll get your 2nd bone>To get blue-eyes skull, you need to be sitting at around 1000+ kills and around a 50+ K/D>Blue-eyes Knife Skull, a K/D of 140-150 with 5k-20,000+>Blue-eyes Shotgun rank, you need to be sitting at an impressive 200 K/D. Any where from 30000+ kills to get that rank.

The above ranking system is if you're going for the K/D way of things. Of course, many factors affect this, if you did the round skip glitch to round 214, you'll rank up extremely fast. I'm yet to figure out the way of ranking up from getting de-ranked and what rounds affect your rank. I'll be testing the future and releasing my information soon.

Why do people still think that getting the blue eyes is from K/D and rounds survived. Your tallies are for something along the lines of days played in a row. In order to get 5 tallies and the blue eyes you must play zombies online for 5 consecutive days. If you miss a day after you will lose them and have to play 5 more days in a row in order to get them back. The 1 2 3 and 4 tallies can be a little misleading as if you play for 5 days then miss a day you will have 4 but won't go back to 5 until you have played 5 consecutive days, but they are along the lines of activity in zombies.

A 200 k/d is a bit over line don't you think?

Friend has 140 KDR and hes shotguns so 200 isn't always right. Most cases its from 70 to 150.

Well I have 18k kills and 142 downs. Goal is to have 33k kills and below 158 downs by either Thursday night or Friday. So i'll found out then if k/d matters.

Read what I said. There are other factors that affect your rank but I was looking at it from a KD point of things.

If you can, play 2-3 solo games, aim for round 35+ and 2000 kills to 1 down.

I have been playing with people and have been slightly dragged down with them.
I now find soloing it out is much better as I jumped a rank from 2 games of round 31 and then 41.

I think, judging from people that round skipped glitched.
Treyarc will reward people that achieve high rounds quicker than KDR.

My KDR is 70 something and from playing two games alone I ranked up whereas online was a pain in the ass playing with mates.
