(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I haven't seen any posts here on the moon under tranzit so I figured I would post something confirming it.

Recently I used theater mode to get my self under the map, and directly under the sun was a big glowing white ball (which i assume is the moon being spoke of in tranzit). Sadly I dont have the equiment to take a proper recording but i have found a fairly clear video that shows the moon I saw.


the moon is shown at 1:30 on the top screen when the player jumps offmap (he is using a modded xbox).
I can confirm this wasn't hacked in. I have seen it on my vanilla ps3.

Just thought I would post this, I don't take credit for being the first to see this btw.

But really, they wouldn't put this in the game for no reason. This just helps confirm even more that night has a role in the next step of the easter egg!

This is very interesting. As far as Tranzit goes, I'm clueless.

That doesn't look like a moon or a sun, and why would there be a moon under the map? That's just some visual effect used in the map that you wouldn't notice, unless you fall under the map like you did, and all the visuals are messed up..

At first I thought that it could've been a visual fail as well. But when I started to look closer, it actually had its own texture. It had just visible craters on it. The video isn't clear enough to really see it though. If you want to see it yourself look up how to get offmap with theater mode, then just find your way to a fogless area (I went under the lava pit in town, its the clearest point on the map).

I also forgot to mention, on the building behind the bar there is a sign that says "moon". (its visible without going offmap)

Just thought I would clarify that I don't believe this moon could be a visual fail, it has a noticeable texture.

yeah i noticed that Moon sign too and its on an arrow that shows to that house... in the house behind the sign it looks like you could go in there somehow
and after those theories with the Day nd Night Bus it could even be possible that this is a real moon that shows up if you ge to that point in the easter egg.

I gotta give activision props, for making the worlds hardest Easter egg to crack.

I bet we'll never find out if they dont give hints

Yeah and the DLC EE's would probably 2 or 3 times more harder than this because if Green Run were compared to Black Ops 1 its equivalent map would be Kino and the EE in Kino was pretty easy, so yeah...
