Sign out and sign back in doesnt work for me.

I have to reset my router and then it will work. You can try this if the first method doesnt work

Sign out. Sign in.
Wait in lobby for a few seconds.

Dosen't work 1st time?
Sign out. Sign in again & wait.

It's been like that since the game came out. I just do a custom game and problem solved.

can you still store money on custom and create the table and it will stay there?

Yes you can mate, you can play Custom Easy rack up 100s (30+) and store the money in the bank and then withdraw it in Custom, Solo, & Online.

You can not however create the table for the easter egg though.

Just sign out and back in.
