Try setting the game to load Zombies by default then quit the game and go back on, that has worked a couple of times for me.

Sometimes signing out doesn't work,

It works for me by resetting my wireless and reconnecting it back to PS3.
Delete the BO2 Files.

what is weird is that it works on my other accounts. i made a new account with @gmail.com instead of hotmail like my other ones could that be the case?
