(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Tonight might be more like it.

Just in case you didn't know Activision announced that it would finally release Nuketown Zombies today, for season pass holders, but due to PSN maintenance you may not be able to get it until 11pm EST.

"The PlayStation Network will be performing routine maintenance on Thursday, January 17th. As a result, Nuketown Zombies for Season Pass holders on PlayStation 3 will not be available until after the maintenance is complete."

The generic maintenance statement from sony about today's maintenance says:

"In order to continue to deliver you the best online games experience, we will be performing maintenance to upgrade the software for the PlayStation Store on Thursday, January 17th. This maintenance will start at approximately 8:00 am PST..."

That 11pm on the east coast. Sony's maintenance doesn't normally take as long as they say so I am hoping we can get it by late afternoon. Seriously it seems like sony is always performing maintenance on the worse days.

Do you live in the USA? I live in New York State. I tried at 8:30 am this morning (Eastern Time) and just again now, and there are no updates available and the store is down.

So you guys actually paid £42 or whatever converted in your currency. I will not be buying it because of it being £10 more expensive then the xbox equivalent as a sign of protest.

But to get back on topic, ye it does seem like a long wait even when the maintenance hit on the same day of release. Truth be told, nuketown zombies is overrated, they gave that in the hardened edition and thought it was worth it, our fans will love it. It's not the best map for zombies at all, you get bored really easily. So far, every map in BO2 have been really small, TRANZIT just combined the maps together, but nonetheless the maps are really small making zombies not worth playing the way Black Ops 1 Zombies was.

I'm holding out on waiting for a better DLC with a larger map and a lot more to do like how zombies used to be. Plus, I want Richtofen, Nikolai, Takeo and Dempsey back.

Nuketown zombies isn't even that good. I purchased the Hardened Edition mainly for the zombies DLC since I'm a big fan of zombies. It's basically survival in Nuketown, you'd be stuck making trains round after round.
