Ok At every powered-door (you need a turbine) there is a post nearby, with the exception of the power area (the door next to the power switch, although the pap access could be considered this spark area).
This post is not a teleporter... there are four and only four... The spark will only occur after the power is on (as if it is identifying that this is an area that needs to be powered like the pap access area in power. The white spark will not happen with the power off and a turbine next to it (already debunked that, although might be glitch).
My thoughts - If this were an additional sign to point out a powerable door, the why have a message that tells you specifically to power this door (makes no sense to me). It could be a light in the fog as it occurs about every 4 to 5 seconds... although I don't generally find that helpful.

Well the ending to this is a question or two. Has anyone else noticed this??? Has anyone tried to power all four of these doors at the same time??? Did anyone that has noticed this, notice that they remove all the lines connecting to these posts in theater mode??? The only power lines that stay in theater mode are the ones out at Nacht on a metal fence-like door that has a black cable connecting across the top from one barb wire to the other on the adjacent side... and the cable runs to two or three posts behind the door (Hmmmm). Maybe they just missed that one cord???

Anyhow if anyone is interested themselves the four doors in question are at:
1. Bus Depot (Obviously)
2. Dinner
3. Farm
4. Town

Btw, the cords/lines that don't show up in theater mode connect to transformers...

Are you talking about how the power lines that are broken spark after the power is on? The reason that you have to use a turbine (external power source) to open those doors is because the power lines are broken, so the power isn't reaching that area.
