Quick Revive:
Info: Quick Revive, as the name suggest, will allow you to revive a player faster than usual.
How to get: To get the Quick Revive upgrade, you must revive 6-20+ players in 1 game.
How to lose: You can lose the Quick Revive upgrade by failing to revive a player when you have already started revive him/her.
*Deadshot Daiquiri:
Info: Deadshot Daiquiri will do more damage to a zombie when shooting them in the head. It will also make a zombie's head explode regardless if it is a head shot or not.
How to get: To get the Deadshot Daiquiri upgrade, you must get either a double/triple headshot or get up to 150 headshots in 1 game.
How to lose: You can lose the Deadshot Daiquiri upgrade by failing to get any headshots in one round.
Reinforced (Steel) Barricades:
Info: Steel Barricades will allow you to repair windows that are stronger than the usual wood. This means that it will take the zombies a bit longer to enter the map.
How to get: To get the Steel Barricades upgrade, you must rebuild up to 50+ windows on a single window. You must be earning points from the windows in order to gain this upgrade.
How to lose: You can lose the Steel Barricades upgrade by not repairing any windows in a round.
Juggernog:
Info: Juggernog will allow you to take more hits (~3) from zombies.
How to get: To get the Juggernog upgrade, in solo, buy Quick Revive, get downed, wait for yourself to get revived and get downed again without buying Quick Revive. (so you die)
How to lose: You can loose perma Jugernog by hitting round 15.
Red Insta-Kill:
Info: The Red Insta-Kill will allow you to only walk into the zombies to kill them. It will last for up to 10 seconds. The Red Insta-Kill upgrade will be a powerup that replaces the usual Insta-Kill.
How to get: To get the Red Insta-Kill upgrade, you must first of all, get an Insta-Kill powerup. When the you have the powerup, make sure you don't (1.) don't get hit by any zombies and (2.) don't kill any zombies whilst Insta-Kill is active.
How to lose: Rumored - You can lose the Red Insta-Kill upgrade by getting hit by a zombie when it is active.
*Carpenter Upgrade (Steel Barricades)
Info: The Carpenter upgrade will repair any open/damaged windows with steel barricades instead of wood.
How to get: To get this upgrade, you must kill a zombie in any windows while Carpenter is in the process of building up all the windows.
How to lose: Unknown

You should fix this because you have to keep on going down WITH Quick Revive boughten until you see a green smoke when you stand back up. I did this yesterday and I didnt get it until I bought Quick Revive 3 times.
