I've been to 87 on MOTD, 105 on Tranzit, and 74 on Die Rise and been ranked number one on Tranzit for over two weeks, and nothing at all has ever happened.
You got "deranked" because you go down more than you should for your rank, and you obviously aren't good enough to keep it.

Did you even read his reply properly? He did not say he got deranked from going to 56. He said he got deranked but he has made it to round 56. There is a huge difference in the misconception you have read and what he actually said.
