Does this only work with Buried? Can this work on Die Rise, Mod of the dead, Tranzit at all?

I don't think you get the full effect of PHD. You can only dolphin dive but it can't protect you from splash or grenade damage according to NGT.

But no Perma/Persistent Perks work on Mob of The Dead!
