(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); How safe would it be to take the PSN version online with modified EBOOTS and Selfs?

In the past a modified EBOOT has been an instaban without the Antiban offsets in place, is it safe to assume that when the servers go live, going online with moddded EBOOTs is a no no?

No ones touched on this yet, Ive never used PSN Releases in the past and I would like to know as the .pkg fix contains modified EBOOTS and SELF as well as the license.dat. I intend on ripping the disc anyway once it hits shelves but its information I would like to know.

If it's anything like AW, do expect bans for using tools or eboot without proper antiban.

Thanks, but at this point it applies to anyone on a CFW playing this game, even those who feel their playing legit. As I understand, the PSN release in its current form is asking for a day one ban if theyve implemented any of the checks that AW had after just a few title updates.

I would request this thread reside in the general questions as majority of users will be playing on the much publicized PSN release.

Bumping this thread, it appears my speculation would be correct according to reports here. Be careful when using this title online [PSN FORM] and its modified eboots and .dats aka "fixes".

If your itching to play, wait for a disc rip, disable syscalls and dont touch the memory.

It's still considered modding if you're on cfw while running the game, as banning wouldn't affect an OFW user.

If not using mods, your chances of being banned are lower.
