Looks like you have a corrupted game. Was the game fully downloaded from the tor? Try using the ps3 game updater and download the update(pkg) for your bles and delete the old updates from the game data, and reinstall it.

Other than that if that doesnt work then you have a messed up eboot that fails to load the game on start. Make sure your actually game eboot isnt changed. You should never changed it. Update the game, then add the EBOOT to dev_hdd0/games/blesXXXXX

Download the Black Ops 3 RESPAWN version. Should fix your problem

aye i got BLES02166-[Call of Duty Black Ops III] and it ask me for the update 4.75 but i am on 4.65 Rebug too what can i do helpp

You need to be on 4.70+ firmware to play Black Ops 3

I'm on D-Rex 4.70.1 Rebug and it still gave me black screen.
