You will have to extract all .rar files into one, then it should sorta look like this:

BLES02166-[Black Ops 3]
-----------------------
PS3_GAME
PS3_UPDATE
PS3_DISC.SFB
----------------------

If you extracted all .rar files then you should have all the proper needed data to install the game with no issues. Then just FTP it into /dev_hdd0/GAMES for multiMAN or GAMEZ for webMAN i think it is... And then install the 1.01,1.02,1.03 update aftwards... Then you will need a fix for the game, however at this given time there isnt a working fix to allow you to play the game! But someone is working on one im sure of it.
