If I get a New cid and make a new profile and only play bo3 on that account will it be safe cause I don't wanna get a new one if while I have the other profiles still on my system it will ban the new profile and cid. From bo3 just a general question. Thank you

BO3 will ban you just for being on the game on a CFW. So unless you have some description of an anti-ban you'll probably still be banned, the profiles on your console are irrelevant.

Check to see if they mac bann u as that wat b ops 2 do . if so just change ur mac with sen enabler ext b4 u boot b ops 3 check it
