Are you on cex? You should take an hours time and convert to dex, then you can use eboots and tools and sprx menus, if you cant do it you can skype me at michael.skiff3

Im having the same issue. Im on Rebug DREX with all the debug settings correct but no tool will work for me...

the reason the tools aint working is all down to your debug setting take a look below

Go to the settings column on the XMB menu and go all the way to the bottom to "Debug Settings" and make sure all the following setting are selected.

Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

if your debug settings are like above the tool wil work

nothing to do with the debug settings at all!!! my setting are the same as and nothing works really WTF!!
