It sounds like you have a MAC BAN i just had one of these yesterday you have to downgrade with a rebug 3.55 downgrader and you must install bozex 3.55 after downgrading after u instal bozex u install chaos airbringer with your usb and run it after installing screen goes black for 30 seconds and you change your mac_original.bin with HXD editor after u change last two of your mac must be 0-9&A-F only save the file then rename it to Mac.bin and put in your usb in ps3 and run chaos airbringer after its done reboot ps3 and your mac is changed u must have clean CID and after all that u can upgrade to which ever CFW u use
