I found the first step which is to go over emblem and holding options or keep pressing options (ps4 btw) and it would download the emblem.

I don´t know what to do, but is it confirmed that u not have the option to download emblems and paint jobs in the future. are Activision not trying to get rights to do it?

Is pressing and holding not working?
