I recommend having 3 players so that one person can train
1. Acquire gauntlet punch and have a friend with Phoenix up
2. Have your friend face you or turn his back on the broken concrete at Supply and active gauntlet then punch him with different distances and angles to fly up onto ledge
3. If you fall too hard have friend activate Phoenix up !!
