New account, New CID, New PSID (optional), New MAC (optional)

Also don't use any modded eboots especially the ones that say they have antiban.

There's no way to unban yourself unless you change your CID & PSID, also don't use any modded eboots even if they have antiban.. all antibans have been patched.
