Here is a little trick, easy and quick which show you how to change Black Ops language : or change the language of that game because there are no region encryption.

To do it just change the language of your ps3 and enjoy your new language ATM only works for English and French

Tutorial to change ps3 language:
1. Go to the XMB (Main Menu)
2.Go to System Settings
3. You Should See Language
4. Change to FRENCH
5.Go to Black Ops AND Enjoy!!!!

NOTE: IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND SOMETHINGS!
