here is a rule form nextgenupdate for the sharing and elits and non elits rules: The selling and sharing of NextGenUpdate accounts is strictly prohibited, anyone caught doing so will be banned along with any new accounts that have been made. There are no warnings handed out for this profile violation.
Leaking:
Leaking Elite content to other sites will either be a removal of your Elite status or a permanent ban depending on the circumstances. Leaking from Elite to standard membership will result in a temporary ban but the infractions will not expire.
