XP. Like does the host have to back out and wait for everyone to get host? Or is it a normal XP lobby because the 500 XP is part of a game mode like search and destroy?

so i would be able to rank myself up without signing out? It's that i can't prestige anymore. I'm stuck on on the same prestige, level with 999999948 XP need and negative CoD points. And each time i enter an XP lobby with 9e+09 it doesn't work. So if i host the 500 XP one and keep killing myself until i get 900 XP needed for level 2 can i just go back into an XP lobby with 9e+09 and it will work?
