your not banned just the servers are down atm atleast thats what i think does it say your banned?

Btw i haven't been able to connect to the black ops servers since last month and my other accounts can connect perfectly same with my friends. Btw i got banned from trying to get my clan tag blue by using my save game. And no It does not say that I am banned.

Yup you're banned from the servers on that account other accounts will still work though

This has happened for many reasons maybe you just hosted an xp lobby and the xp was set to high

This just means ur banned. There's nothing wrong with the servers.
Theres no way to unban yourself (so far)
