You dont put it in english folder , you put it in usrdir

Are you talking about the CFG menu? If so you need to:

-Move all of the CFG files to hdd0>GAMES>BLESxxxx>USRDIR>(Put CFG Files Here)

-Use Redeye32's game save editor to open your black ops save (as the links in iMCS's thread are dead)

-Go to GPAD0_CM and where it says - set gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_default" replace that with this - set gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_max8823"

Then the menu should work, quote me if you need anymore info, hope i helped

i had same problem to get the menu working. if its the patch_mp.ff not cfg. u need a special eboot with RSA Check Removed. correct me if im wrong. but that was my problem i just try to help.
