(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been going up & down trying to mod BO1 Zombies online but i can't here is my setup

1 CECHG01 60GB PS3 on PS3ita 4.21 DEX (Broken BD Drive)
1 CECH4001C 500GB PS3 on OFW 4.41 (New)

I desire to mod Black Ops zombies online but every time i find a solution a problem presents itself that doesn't let me succeed, need to in the BO1 Modding tutorial there are 5 steps & around step 3 or 4 you need to run BO1 on the CFW PS3 but since my CFW has a broken drive i can't run it - in any way - (unless full-game/demo hybrid)
for example my CFW PS3 doesn't have a BD Drive & i can't buy one now but if i FTP Black Ops to my PS3 multiMAN won't boot it! since i wouldn't give up i tried something crazy which is on You must login or register to view this content. but that did not work because the game had become a full-game/demo hybrid that wouldn't go online,accept game updates or DLC, later i found out about reActPSN & proceeded to download BO1 but since the .pkg is 18GB i had to convert to DEX & use target manager to install it but the ps3 never goes past 0% and i have downloaded it 3 times also if i try to sign anything with reActPSN i get a BSOD on the next boot that deletes all of my user data & themes/configurations.

I haven't tried throwing my PS3 out the window because its just a week ago that i got into the scene from a 2 year vacation (i got a dongle and was online on the prod-qa server when Rebug was the best CFW)


OK THE REAL QUESTION HERE IS: What would you do in my situation? (nothing that requires $ please)
