Im on rebug 4.46 DEX.

yes they do but depends how u do it , files, firmware and what u do

So when i would use a Godmode Tool, UAV Hack and hack me up to Prestige 15 LVL 50 would they Ban me?

i haven't and havent heard of any that's been banned from BO with dex or cex ^^

U should be ok .. i use ps3ita 4.50 dex , debug eboot & what tool u use dont really matter i use loads , debugger some peoples tools released certain things will make u freeze a lot so if u wana use peoples tools just use ones with more feedback , reputation so can be trusted to not steal cid or have virus
